Terms of Use

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to agree to these Terms. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or guardian must agree to them for you.

You need an account with a valid email address. Keep your password confidential and tell us at info@ipropixel.com if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity in your account.

ExpenseTrack is a personal tool for recording and reviewing your own expenses and recurring payments. It is not a bank, payment service, accounting or tax service, and nothing in the app is financial, tax, legal or accounting advice.

• Receipt recognition may read amounts incorrectly. Check every amount before you save it.
• Recurring payments are added as expenses based on the schedule you set. They record a payment; they do not make one.
• Reminders are a convenience and are not guaranteed. Notifications can be delayed or not delivered (for example if notifications are off, the device is offline, or Apple’s service is unavailable). You remain responsible for paying your bills on time.
• Totals add amounts as entered; the app does not convert between currencies.

You keep all rights to the information and photos you add (“your content”). You give us a limited licence to host, store, back up and display your content only to provide the Service to you. We do not use your content for any other purpose. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.

Do not misuse the Service. In particular, do not:

• try to access other users’ data or our systems without permission, or test their security without our written consent;
• interfere with or overload the Service, or use automated means to access it except through the app;
• upload unlawful content or content you have no right to upload;
• copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app, except where the law allows it.

We work to keep the Service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. If we decide to discontinue the Service, we will give reasonable notice in the app where possible so you can export or delete your data.

ExpenseTrack is currently free. If we ever offer paid features, they will be clearly described and sold through Apple’s In-App Purchase under Apple’s terms, and features you already use for free will not be charged retroactively.

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these Terms or puts other users or the Service at risk; where reasonable we will warn you first.

The app, its design, name and logo belong to iPropixel. These Terms give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules.

The Service relies on Apple (App Store, notifications) and Supabase (hosting). Their own terms apply to your use of their services. We are not responsible for services we do not control.

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

To the extent permitted by law, iPropixel is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or opportunities, arising from your use of the Service, including late or missed payments. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim (zero if you used it for free). These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania, and the courts of Tirana have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights and courts of the country where you live.

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here and update the date above; for significant changes we will also notify you in the app. If you keep using the app after a change takes effect, you accept the new Terms.

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, you also agree that:

• These Terms are between you and iPropixel only, not with Apple Inc. (“Apple”). iPropixel, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content.
• Your licence to use the app is limited to Apple-branded products you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
• If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
• iPropixel, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app or your use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and claims under consumer protection, privacy or similar laws.
• If a third party claims that the app or your use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, iPropixel, not Apple, is responsible for investigating, defending, settling and discharging that claim.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as “terrorist supporting”, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• You must comply with applicable third-party terms (such as your mobile data agreement) when using the app.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, once you accept them, Apple has the right to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
